- 4 / 5By Anthony HardwickVery good roasted beans. This is not a coffee shop so much as it is a place to purchase coffee for home. They do offer a $1 cup of joe, but if you are looking for latte or something like that this isn't the place for it.
The roaster is very knowledgeable and is unique in that he doesn't roast his beans by sight, hence the Unseen Bean. This is an interesting story to tell guests when sharing the coffee with them that the roaster roasts the beans by scent and eventually taste rather then by the standard visual cues of darkness and oil presence.
All in all a pretty cool boutique. No real dine in services to speak of, but fantastic roasted beans for home.October 30, 2016
