I wanted to see and even purchase some bakery items but could not see the case. None of the seats were taken but there was standing room only. The layout needs for people to order and get out of the way. The staff was unorganized, was asked if I had been helped multiple times which was great but felt like place needed direction. Sandwiches were good, I felt like the Cuban was a hot ham sandwich though. There was no pork shoulder, it was just ham, pickles, cheese, and yellow mustard. The Italian hero was also mostly filled with ham as well. The bread was really good and thats what saved the sandwich.October 30, 2016
